Due To Popular Demand Our Engraved Gift Brick Fundraiser Is Back to help support the renovations to the Townley Family Children's Barn!

Endicott Park Townley Family Children's Barn

The Friends of Endicott Park are working hard to fund the restoration of the cherished Townley Family Children’s Barn at Endicott Park in Danvers, MA. The exterior is still in need of major renovations to restore this beautiful old structure dating to 1910 that also houses the beloved animals that live at the park. Although some renovations have been completed, there are still many more needed to bring it back to its prime. Personalizing a brick is a fantastic way to support this project and to commemorate history, or to memorialize or honor someone special in your life. It is the perfect gift for someone who has everything!

Help Support The Renovations To The Children's Barn Through GO FUND ME!

Endicott Park Townley Family Children's Barn

The Friends of Endicott Park’s  current initiative is raising the funds and providing assistance towards the renovation of the Children’s Barn. This unique historical structure is the only known example of this architectural design in New England. It is one of only three buildings left of the farm complex that was once the thriving “gentlemen’s farm” of William C. Endicott, Secretary of War under President Cleveland and a direct descendant of the Massachusetts Governor, John Endicott.

The children’s barn is home to our beloved horse and pony, goats, pigs, rabbits and chickens.  All our animals provide enjoyment and education for the visiting public. The barn provides subject matter for local artists and is a cornerstone in the preservation mission of our organization. This structure may soon provide one of the few remaining opportunities in this area for people of all ages to up close and personal with live farm animals. It’s difficult to quantify the importance of this building.
